They’ve done it!

On Sunday 7th October, Rodstation team members Adam and Matt completed the Cardiff Half Marathon.

More than 20,000 participants celebrated the 15th anniversary of Wales’ largest mass participation event.  The route takes runners past the capital’s most iconic landmarks with beautiful scenery and historic buildings. The predominately flat and fast course makes it ideal for beginners and elites.

Adam, Matt and Emma completed the 13.1 mile course around the city, with the fastest member of the team Matt finishing in a fantastic 1 hour and 40 minutes and Adam coming in at 2 hours and 14 minutes and Emma at 2 hours and 20 minutes.

The chosen charity for the event was St Johns Ambulance and The Goedgedacht trust raised an impressive £1200 in result of their fundraising efforts.

We’d like to say a huge well done to our fantastic colleagues who took part, a superb job done by all. We already can’t wait for next year’s event.
